Julia was born August 12, 1945 in Tupelo, MS to her parents Jimmy and Annie Hardy. She accepted Christ at an early age. Julia attended Washington High School in East Chicago, IN. She married the late Charles K. Harris, Sr. and to this union 5 children were born. On August 12, 2002, she married Richard Allen. Julia loved the Lord with all her heart, soul, and mind. She was a prophetess and evangelist and heeded the call of God on her life. II Timothy 4:7, I have fought the good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. Julia was a member of Family Christian Center in Munster, IN with Pastors Steve and Melodye Munsey. Evangelist Allen along with her daughter Evangelist Phillips, conducted a broadcast called Unity Restoration Ministries on WYCA 102FM for several years.
