Annette Bonaparte was born May 13, 1980 to her mother Jeri Bonaparte in Chicago, IL. She was the fifth child and the only girl. Affectionately known as “Net Net”, she attended Central High School in East Chicago, IN and was a loving friend to many of her peers. Annette was a generous giver who would give anyone the shirt off her back if they needed it. She always wore a smile on her face. Annette always encouraged people to strive for their best. She loved to watch movies all night and play cards. She was known as the “Queen of Spades.”
Annette departed this life on April 5, 2021 at her home in East Chicago, IN. She was 40. She is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Imogene Green; aunts Jacqueline Winters, Davina “Little Mama” Green and Davita “Big Mama” Jackson; brothers Jerry “Joe” Bonaparte, Anthony “Ant” Bonaparte, Jerome “Pee Wee” Bonaparte; cousin Clarence “Smurfy” Binglay, Calvin “CJ” Jackson and Cenita Green.
She leaves to cherish her memories her children Deontay Bonaparte, Leonard Bonaparte, Richard “Smokey” Jackson, Jaylen Bonaparte, Cameron Bonaparte, Marquis Bonaparte, Kiara “Nuk Nuk” Bonaparte, Tahonny Bonaparte-Snelling, Miracle Bonaparte, brothers Derrick (Mia) Bonaparte and Mitchell Glover; grandchildren London Bonaparte, Aunnesti Bonaparte, Deshawn Clifton, Crystal Clifton, and Victoria Clifton; special friend Leonard “Vachie” Williams cousins Tamboura “TuTu” Winters and Tamara Winters and a host of other relatives and friends.
Annette will be missed dearly.
