Arthur Williams-El

Sheik Arthur James Williams-El was born August 16, 1955 in Clinton, Ms to his parents Arthur J. Williams, Sr. and Ollie Margaret Williams. Arthur received his Associates’ Degree from Ball State University and was an avid reader and bestowed his knowledge on every person he met. Arthur loved to listen to “Doo Wop” music, real music as he calls it. He has a great love for his family, especially his nieces and nephews who affectionately call him “Unc.” His love extended to the Moorish Science Temple of America. His repeated words were “Death is not an enemy. Now my ship has finally come. Peace”

Arthur exchanged time for eternity on Saturday, October 25, 2020 at his home in Hammond, IN. He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur J. Williams, Sr. and Ollie Williams. Arthur leave to cherish his memories his sisters Marguerite Reed of Hammond, IN and Katrina Williams of Virginia; brothers Frank, George, Levi, Jessie (Janet), Joseph and Palmer Williams; special Queen Jahmiliah Shebaka Hasan-El and a host of other relatives and friends.
