Charles Cobb

Charles Cobb was born October 11, 1980, to his parents Charles Dell Harden and Bessie Cobb in East Chicago, IN. While attending Central High School, he played football and after graduating, he became a sous chef and his passion for cooking grew.

Charles loved his family, friends and his dogs. He spent his time reading scriptures and learning more and developing a deeper relationship with the most High God. Charles also enjoyed playing video games, drawing, sharing his knowledge, telling propelling stories and debating with everyone. Charles LOVED to talk!

Charles Cobb passed away Monday, January 9, 2023, in Franklin, IN. He was 42. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jimmie Lee Harden and Charlestien Harden; maternal grandparents Thomas (June) Cobb, Mattie B. Cobb; brother Gregory Johnson, Jr.; stepbrother D.J. Butkiewicz; nephew Gregory Johnson III and aunt Louise Cobb.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Kym Cobb; parents Charles Harden and Bessie Cobb; children Charles, Jr., Aleah, Kailey, Eric and Catherine; 19 siblings including Martice Johnson, Nicole Moore, Stepfeon Moore, Cassandra Williamson, Melissa Williamson, Talaya Andrews and Rosie Cobb; close friends and brothers Tyrell Giddeon and Meless Bruton and a host of other family and friends.
