Gregory Leonard

Gregory Neal Leonard was born July 18, 1962 to his parents Jesse and Joyce Leonard Funchess in East Chicago, IN. Greg grew up to be a handsome, eager, smart young man with dreams and aspirations to travel the world. He enlisted in the U.S. Army completing 2 terms where he was able to live out his dreams. He became a refined, as well as a well-groomed, well-dressed, and charismatic gentleman with an infectious smile. His love for reading, writing, and research was magnetic and he often shared his knowledge with all who would listen. Later, Greg settled down in Nevada but stayed connected to his family and loved ones. Gregory Neal Leonard passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 in Carson City, NV. He was 58. Gregory leaves to cherish his memories his siblings Larry (Bodie) Metcalf, Michelle (Levi) Leonard, Derrick (Vicky) Leonard, Stephanie (Stacy) Funchess Thomas, and Valorie (Antwion) Funchess; half siblings Milicent Fuchess, Sandra Scott, Jessie (Wayne) Wells, Rev. Laron Wayne (Zenaida) Funchess, Tyrone (Linda) Funchess and Felecia Funchess; special friends Annette McDonnell, Mr. & Mrs.  Van Bloois, Olga Christianidou, and Joseph Smith and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
