Jeffery B. Moore was born December 3, 1957 to his parents Daniel L. Moore, Sr. and Alma Moore. Later, he graduated from Washington High School in 1975, and then attended Indiana State University where he was a member of the Kappa Fraternity in the Alpha Zeta Chapter. Jeffery enjoyed being a member of that fraternity.
He worked for the Inland Steel Company for several years. He also worked for the Estee Lauder Company in New York. He retired from the Davis Security Company. Jeffery loved sports and playing cards. He beat everybody that he played and enjoyed talking to his special friend Lisa Spencer daily.
Jeffery Moore passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021. He was 63.
He is preceded in death by his parents Daniel L. Moore, Sr. and Alma Moore; brothers Dexter L. Moore, Sr. and Jerome Anthony Moore, Sr.
Jeffery leaves to cherish his memories his brother Daniel L. (Ludeen) Moore, Jr. of Merrillville, IN; sister Alma Moore of Irving, TX; nephews Daniel A. (Erin) Moore of Bloomington, IN, Dexter L. Moore, Jr. of Garland, TX, Jerome Anthony (Rhonda) Moore of Valparaiso, IN; sister-in-law Angel Moore of Hammond, IN; aunts Hattie Marable of Rockwood, TN and Lucy Moore of Forest, MS; special friend Lisa Spencer of Plano, TX; 2 great nieces and 4 great nephews; brothers of Kappa Alpha Zeta Chapter of Indiana State University and a host of other relatives and friends.
