Jerry L Riddle

Jerry Louis Riddle was born on December 28, 1950 in East Chicago Indiana to Abraham and Emma Riddle. He was the youngest of four children. Jerry accepted Christ at an early age at St. Luke Church under the leadership of Rev. Beanball. Later, Jerry was a graduate of Washington High School. Jerry was a hard worker employed at Inland Steel for 36 years until his retirement.

His favorite pass time was watching TV and hanging with his 2 favorite cousin's Alvin and Rhonda Riddle. Jerry could be found many times on Saturday morning at St. Luke Church where he enjoyed the soup kitchen and listening to the choir sing.

He will truly be missed by all who loved him.

Jerry made his transition on Friday, June 26, 2020. Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents John and JoAnn Hill, his parents Abraham and Emma Riddle, sister Arizona Cleveland and brother Tommie Riddle Sr.

Jerry leaves to cherish his memory is loving sister Eleanor McGee of East Chicago In. (9) nephews Carl and Tommie Ridle jr of Michigan City Indiana, Cedric (Angela)Riddle of Gary, Keith(Zakiea) Cleveland of Merrillville In, Larry Austin of Minneapolis Minnesota, Trelane Ridle, Deon-Lavele Ridle,Tyrone Ridle and Kevin Gray all of East Chicago Indiana.(4) nieces Dorothy Anderson of East Chicago, Deidre McGinnis of Mckinney TX, Dionne Austin of Iowa, and Nymia Ridle of East Chicago Indiana. (2) special sister- in- laws Mary Ridle and Flame Ridle both of East Chicago Indiana. One very dedicated and devoted friend Mary Roper of Hammond Indiana and a host of great nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends.
