Joe Willie Reed

Joe Reed was born on October 1, 1955, to the late Lizzie Ophelia Harden and James Reed in Humboldt Tennessee. He accepted Christ at an early age. Joe Reed enlisted in the Marine Corps as a rifleman in 1976 to 1980. Once out of the Marines he relocated to East Chicago, Indiana where he met his lifelong partner Annie Lindsay Reed and had two daughters. Annie and Joe were married up until his death , they were married for 43 years. Joe Reed was preceded in death by his sister Novell Clinton.

He leaves to cherish his memories is wife Annie Reed, two daughters Joann Reed and Shana Reed (Trepan Riddle). Four Grandchildren Heaven Cardine, Andrew Cardine , Trepan Riddle Jr, and Fred Reed. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
