Patricia Ann Marion

Patricia Ann Marion was born February 7, 1964 in East Chicago, Indiana to her parents Willie Marion and Inell Phillips-Simmons. She accepted Christ at an early age. Later, she graduated from Bishop Noll Institute in Hammond, IN and later earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Purdue University in Lafayette, IN.  Patricia relocated to Korea for 12 years to teach English, before returning to Indiana and becoming a substitute teacher.  Patricia loved to read, sing, and won many awards playing the piano.

Patricia passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at Franciscan Health-St. Anthony Hospital in Crown Point, IN.  She was 56.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Willie Marion and Inell Phillips-Simmons. 

Patricia leaves behind to cherish her memories, one loving and devoted sister, Latoria Marion; loving nieces Ashlie Carter, Cerenyti and India Campbell; nephew Thomas Campbell and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

Patricia will be truly missed by all that knew her.
