Terrell Lamar Gill

Terrell Lamar Gill, Sr. was born November 6, 1986 to the proud parents Shawana P. Gill and James R. Harris in Gary, IN. Affectionately known as “Rell Lord”, Terrell accepted Christ into his life at the young age of 8 under the leadership of Bishop Lee Charles Gilliam, Sr. at New Second Baptist Church in East Chicago, IN. He attended West Side High School and graduated with the class of 2006, were he received numerous medals and awards for his participation in the JROTC program.

Terrell was employed at McDonald’s were he trained for the manager position and recently received his ServSafe certification. In his spare time, Terrell enjoyed gaming, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his children. He took pride in providing for his children and will always be remembered by his great personality and his ability to make others laugh. Terrell transitioned this life on November 4, 2019 at the age of 32. He is preceded in death by his mother Shawana P. Gill and uncle Gus Gill. He leaves to cherish his memories his 5 children Terrell L. Gill, Jr., Dontrell, Dontae, Dondria, and Tyreal Gill; father James R. Harris, Sr.; brother James R. Harris, Jr.; sister LaShone Harris; niece Miracle Moton; nephew Michael Washington III and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family, and friends.
