Terry Glover was born September 10, 1959 to his parents Anderson Skinner and Ruthie Glover Skinner in Mississippi. Affectionately known as Glove, he moved to East Chicago, IN at an early age. Glove accepted Christ and attended church while in East Chicago, IN and Denver, CO.
Terry attended East Chicago Public schools and graduated from East Chicago Washington in 1977. He later relocated to Denver, CO where he lived for 25 years. He worked as a chef and a maintenance man while in Colorado. He then returned to East Chicago, IN in 2014. Terry was a hard worker and was employed by Inland Steel.
Terry will be missed by all who love him!
Terry is preceded in death by his son, Antwon Glover; father Anderson Skinner and sister Shirley Glover.
He leaves to cherish his memories his son Terrance Glover of Denver, CO; mother Ruthie Skinner of East Chicago, IN; brothers Jerry (Adrienne) Glover, George Skinner of East Chicago, IN and Anderson (Brenda) Skinner of Sauk Trails, IL; aunts Mattie Skinner, Annie (Mansel) Crump and Louise Waddy all of East Chicago, IN, Ella Knox of Gary, IN, Millie Glover of Las Vegas, NV, Katie Peoples, Rosie Glover and Bernice Woods all of Mississippi; uncles Eddie Glover of East Chicago, IN and Willie B. Glover of West Virginia and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
