Tiara Smith was born December 15, 1991 to her parents Sylvester Smith and Valencia Wade in Munster, IN. Affectionately known as TBaby, she confessed the Savior at an early age at True Faith Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Cary W. Orr. Tiara attended and later graduated from Judy Jester Learning Center in Moulton, AL in 2010. Her proudest accomplishment was attending Malcolm X College in Chicago, IL where she received her certification as a Certified Sterile Technician where he plans were to gain employment at Rush Hospital in Chicago, IL. She later worked as a Caregiver in Hyde Park since 2017. Tiara was also a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She was a loving daughter, sister, and granddaughter. Tiara enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Tiara’s joy was helping everyone that se loved without limitations,. She was the best gift giver and very thoughtful and affectionate. She enjoyed living life “PERIOD!”
Tiara will be mostly missed by the genuine unconditional love that she gave her family and friends.
Tiara Smith passed away January 28, 2021 at the University of Chicago in Chicago, IL. She was 29. She is preceded in death by her uncle, Reginald Smith.
